Leadership Coaching

We offer internal training programs in Leadership Coaching, tailored to your company's leadership profile, values and context. Leaders with a coaching approach inspire their co-workers and foster psychological safety. This program builds the coaching skills leaders need to achieve results through others and develop their people. 

Our courses are practical, with a blend of teaching, coaching demonstrations and practice. The program consists of three modules, each lasting two days - but can be shortened or prolonged based on desired outcome and budget. We also offer a speed-version of the program: a two-day session supported by pre-work. We experience that the training program increases collaboration - thus impacting the corporate culture far beyond the participating leaders.
